HealthyUNCG, in collaboration with RecWell, invites all UNCG Faculty/Staff and their families to Employee and Family Wellness Day on Saturday, March 7! This is a fun, free opportunity to explore the Leonard J. Kaplan Center for Wellness and the Esports Arena to try new activities and spend quality time together—all in celebration of well-being.

Virtual Tour of the Kaplan Center
- Kaplan Center Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Natatorium Hours: 10:30am – 3:00pm
- Outdoor Adventures: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
UNCG ESports Arena
Address: 1209 North Drive (Moran Commons, Room 109)

- Esports Arena Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
What to know before you go
Lot 49 is available for free parking all day, no parking pass required.
Open to UNCG Faculty/Staff and their families, no membership required.
A University ID or other physical, valid government-issued photo ID is required by each adult for entry.
Minors (any individual 17 years of age and younger) are welcome! Please note minors are not allowed on any cardio or strength equipment and must have a Minor Guest Pass Waiver completed by the legal parent/guardian.
