Our Services
Interactive Educational Wellness Programming
We offer interactive educational health and wellness programs designed to engage participants in hands-on learning. Our programs cover a variety of topics, from fitness and nutrition to mental well-being, healthy communication, sleep and more. All programs are tailored to promote healthy lifestyle habits. Through workshops, activities, and personalized guidance, participants gain practical tools and knowledge to improve their overall health in a fun, supportive environment.
FITNESS and Wellness LENDING LIBRARY
Through HealthyUNCG’s Fitness and Wellness Lending Library employees and departments can borrow a range of fitness and wellness equipment to use in the office or at home.
HEALTHY EATING
We provide services to support healthy eating habits, including interactive cooking classes, healthy eating workshops, and free nutrition counseling with registered dietitians. These offerings are designed to empower individuals with practical skills, personalized nutrition advice, and tools to make informed, nutritious food choices for a healthier lifestyle.
HEALTHYUNCG COACHING
Health Coaching is designed to help you create lifestyle change goals and reach these goals through your own personal accountability plan.
Zen Den Stress Reduction
The Zen Den program offers a range of relaxation and stress reduction activities designed to help you unwind. Let us transform your space with soothing lighting and elements of nature. From aromatic make-and-take items to soothing meditation sessions, chair yoga, calming sounds, herbal teas, and artsy painting, there’s something for everyone. Relax, unwind, and recharge in this peaceful environment, promoting mindfulness and well-being.
Aromatherapy workshops
Our Aromatherapy Workshops provide a hands-on experience with essential oils and natural scents to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Participants learn about the benefits of different aromas, create their own custom blends, and enjoy the calming effects of this ancient wellness practice in a supportive, soothing environment.
