Participants will receive:
- An initial interview to discuss health history and fitness goals
- Personalized exercise instruction
- One-on-one fitness training sessions
- Feedback and recommendations from Kinesiology students
Schedule
- Initial participant interviews will take place during the first week of November
- Participants will participate in three fitness training sessions during the days of November 16th – 23rd
- If you’re interested in participating, please complete the registration form below. A member of our team will contact you within a week with additional details. Spots are limited, and participants from last semester are welcome to register again!
