Flexibility and Balance
- Fit Chairs – Balance ball chair that encourages active sitting, strengthens the back, and promotes good posture.
- Balance Stability Balls (large, medium, small) – Versatile exercise balls for improving balance, core strength, and flexibility across a range of workouts.
- Stability Ball Seat – Fits inside an office chair to create active sitting. Promotes good posture and strengthens back muscles.
- Stability Ball Exercise Cards – 62 jumbo cards including 50 exercises, 12 stretches, 6 workouts, and customizable templates.
- Incline Board – Slanted platform for stretching and strengthening calves and ankles. Improves flexibility, balance, and mobility.
- Fit Balance Board – Multi-use board for full-body workouts. Builds core and leg strength and supports exercises like squats, pushups, and planks.

- Desk Elliptical – Under-desk elliptical with adjustable resistance. Can be used seated or standing. Tracks calories, time, and strides per minute.
- Jump Ropes – Simple, effective cardio tool to increase heart rate and improve endurance.
- Steppers – Compact step machine for low-impact cardio that can fit under a desk.
- Pedometer – Lightweight device that tracks daily step count and activity levels.
- Polar Heart Rate Monitor Watch – Tracks heart rate and estimates calories burned throughout the day.

Wellness
- Sun Light Therapy Lamp – UV-free LED lamp that mimics natural daylight at 10,000 lux. Commonly used to support mood, energy, and circadian rhythm.

- Bicycle Helmets – Available for checkout if you don’t have one at the office. Helmets are sanitized after each use, and custom fitting is available upon request.
