February is the month of love! So why not show yourself a little love and self care with a DIY Aromatherapy Workshop hosted by HealthyUNCG, UNCG’s employee wellness program?
Join us to craft your own luxurious self care products including body butters, bath soaks, sugar scrubs, and massage oil blends. Customized with essential oils to support relaxation, stress relief, energy, and mood.

Caregiver Support Workshop
Caring for someone with chronic illness can take many forms and can take its toll.
Whether you are new to caregiving or already navigating the journey, self-care is vital.
Join Jodi Kolada, Director of Caregiver Outreach for WellSpring Solutions for this interactive session on work/caregiving/life balance.
Jodi has a master’s degree in Gerontological Studies from Miami University of Ohio. She is a certified co-leader of Powerful Tools for Caregivers. She is a certified trainer of the UCLA Longevity Center Memory Fitness Program as well as a certified instructor of Dementia Dialogues, a program from the University of South Carolina.

Join us for a sensory play and child development series, educating on the importance of sensory play and your child’s developmental needs!

Learn about the importance of surrounding spaces and incorporating senses (colors, textures, lighting, and more!)
Session 2: The Power of Play

Learn about toys, games, and more that help with cognitive and fine motor development.
