Midweek Mindfulness: Guided Meditation

Take a pause in the middle of your week and join HealthyUNCG for a guided mindfulness meditation designed to help you reset, relax, and recharge. This short session will focus on breathing, grounding, and gentle awareness to support stress relief and mental clarity.

No experience is needed—just come as you are and take 30 minutes to decompress.
