Employee & Family Wellness Day

UNCG faculty and staff are invited to Employee Wellness Day at the Kaplan Center for Recreation and Wellness.
A special employee takeover is happening Saturday March 7th, from 6 am–6 pm with free access to the entire facility, no membership required, but please bring your Spartan ID!
Explore everything the Kaplan Center has to offer, including workout classes, fitness equipment, the pool, climbing wall, and guided tours with HealthyUNCG and Kaplan staff. Take part in special activities like the Zen Den with aromatherapy, rock painting, and coloring books, along with fitness classes, food, and giveaways. Don’t miss drawings for fun prizes and even a chance to win a free one-year Kaplan Center membership.
Free parking will be available all day in Lot 49 (corner of Gate City and Neal Street). Come explore, connect, and celebrate wellness with us!
